Quarter Acre – "Live from the traffic islands"
Debut EP out 1st December 2003 thru Wash Records/ MGM!

Think The White Stripes, Frank Sinatra and a dash of country. Lyrically, this debut EP from a Sydney four piece Quarter Acre, just like the band's name, concerns itself with the spaces we find ourselves in. Melancholy and madness permeate at the same time. The band features Andrew Burgess, ex stickman of Introverse and The Drugs on vocals.

Quarter Acre formed 3 years ago in Sydney, originally playing as a two piece with founding members Dianne on acoustic guitar and Andrew on drumming and singing duties.

EP is available at all good indie record stores and at online at  Whammo.
